What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free throughout Italy.

How soon will my parcel arrive?

Calzaturificio Liverpool S.r.l. guarantees delivery in 3 to 7 working days from the dispatch notice. Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.
Dispatches may be delayed during periods of major promotions.

If payment is made by bank transfer, Calzaturificio Liverpool S.r.l. reserves the right to wait up to 48 hours before dispatching the order, in order ensure payment is received.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Calzaturificio Liverpool S.r.l. will inform you by email about any changes to the status of your order. As soon as the goods have been shipped, you will receive a tracking code and a link to trace the exact location of your parcel, as well as the shipping carrier.

Is it possible to receive several orders in one shipment?

Yes.

What happens if I am not at home when the package is delivered?

If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver your package, the carrier will make a further delivery attempt. If this second attempt also fails, your package will go to a depot. At that point, you will need to contact the carrier responsible for delivering your parcel to collect your Caleri Shoes from the relevant warehouse.

What do I do if my tracking number doesn’t work?

If your tracking number does not work or is invalid, don’t worry – the transfer of information from the carrier to our systems can take up to 24 hours. During this period, the details of your order may be partial or the tracking number may show as “non-existent”. We thus advise you to try the shipment tracking number again after 24 hours from receipt of the email.
