What are the conditions for returns?

Products pruchased online via calerishoes.com may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Returned goods must be in pristine condition, without any marks or damage, complete with all their parts and including any inner labels, tags, coupons or accessories included in the package.

Returns have a cost of 7 euro. If the returned product is not in a condition deemed suitable for return, Calzaturificio Liverpool S.r.l. may refuse the request and return the package at the buyer’s expense.

Once you have completed your return request, we will send you a confirmation email to the same email address used by you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. You will then be contacted by our staff for collection of your parcel.
