How can I make a return?

Please Note: Goods to be returned must be in pristine condition, without any marks or damage, in pristine condition and including any inner labels, tags, coupons and accessories included in the package.

Returns have a cost of 7 euro. If the returned product is not in a condition deemed suitable for return, Calzaturificio Liverpool S.r.l. may refuse the request and return the package at the buyer’s expense.

Products purchased online at calerishoes.com may be returned within 14 days from purchase.

After you have made your return request

Once you have completed your return request, we will send you a confirmation email to the same email address used by you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder. You will then be contacted by our staff for collection of your parcel.
